The AIRegu project, led by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, is building an expert community that advances AI regulation and helps HealthTech companies bring innovations to market faster. We’re in the final weeks of our needs mapping – share your perspective now and help us create a network that truly supports your goals.
We’ve conducted in-depth interviews with regulatory experts, legal specialists, and HealthTech innovators across Europe. The message is clear: there’s a genuine need for collaborative solutions that cut through regulatory complexity.
Our interviews have explored:
Elisa Laatikainen, AIRegu project manager at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, has been encouraged by what she’s hearing.
“These conversations have been invaluable. One pattern keeps emerging: experts are hungry for clearer regulatory guidance and better ways to collaborate on complex cases. We’re building something that addresses real pain points, not theoretical needs,” she explains.
Early findings suggest the community will focus on three core areas: providing accessible regulatory interpretations, facilitating expert collaboration on challenging cases, and creating practical frameworks that speed up compliance without compromising quality.
We’re finalising our needs assessment in April 2025, with the community launching shortly after. There’s still time to influence what we build.
Share your perspective in a 30-minute interview and help ensure the AIRegu community addresses your specific challenges. Whether you’re navigating AI Act classifications, struggling with clinical evaluation requirements, or simply need reliable regulatory guidance, your input will shape the solutions we create together.
Contact Elisa Laatikainen to book your interview or learn more about getting involved. Don’t miss this opportunity to help build a community that serves your needs from day one.
